How fast will I get my designs?
We aim for an average delivery time of 48-72 hours for most tasks. Complex projects might take a bit longer, but we'll always communicate timelines clearly. Our Pro and Enterprise plans offer even faster turnarounds for time-sensitive projects.
Can I pause my subscription when I need to, and how does that work?
Absolutely. We understand project flows can be unpredictable. You can pause your subscription at any time with no penalties. Just let us know, and we'll put your account on hold until you're ready to resume. You won't be billed during the pause period.
What's the way to submit my design requests?
We use Trello, a simple project management online tool, for seamless project management. Once you're onboarded, you'll have access to your dedicated Trello board where you can submit requests, track progress, and communicate with our team. It's straightforward and keeps everything organized in one place.
What if I don't like the designs I get?
No worries - that's what unlimited revisions are for! We'll work with you to refine the designs until you're completely satisfied. Our goal is to nail your vision, so we welcome feedback and iteration.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the service?
We don't typically offer refunds, as we're confident in the quality of our work. However, we offer a 7-day free trial, so you can explore our services risk-free without being charged. If you decide it’s not the right fit, you can cancel within those 7 days at no cost. Additionally, we have a no-contract policy, so you're free to cancel at any time if the service isn't meeting your needs. We're always open to feedback to improve our service.
Will we have regular catch-ups or meetings?
Our Pro and Enterprise plans include monthly strategy calls (30 and 60 minutes respectively). These are great opportunities to align on bigger picture goals and discuss upcoming projects. For day-to-day communication, we're always available via Trello and Slack (Enterprise plan).
Do you give any discounts for yearly plans?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for annual subscriptions. This is a great option if you're looking for long-term design support and want to save on your investment. The yearly plan not only provides cost savings but also ensures uninterrupted access to our design services for a full 12 months.
Is there a limit to how many designs I can request?
Nope! All our plans offer unlimited design requests and revisions. The main difference is in how many tasks we work on simultaneously - one for Standard, two for Pro and Enterprise. But you can queue up as many requests as you need, and we'll tackle them in order.
